Participants can choose from two hotels:
- Hallmark Inn in downtown Davis blocks from campus.
- Hyatt UC Davis located on campus near the course venue.

For the Hyatt UC Davis, please use Booking Link below to make an online reservation. Please note-- the group rate is only available for arrival/departure dates (Sunday, Dec 4 thru Friday, Dec. 9). If you try to make reservation outside of these dates, the system will not allow you to make reservation. Cut-off deadline is November 4th.
Full refunds less $150 administrative fee will be honored up until four weeks before the course begins. If a cancellation occurs between two to four weeks of the course, a 15% charge will be charged. If cancellation is requested with two weeks of the course, there will be a 30% charge. Another person may be substituted at any time for this program.
In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the Seed Biotechnology Center will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
