Industry commitment sparks greater vision
The SBC designed a cutting-edge facility housed on the University of California, Davis campus. The synergy created during the development campaign prompted the university to commit to a greater vision of the Seed Biotechnology Center. The SBC will be one part of a seed and plant reproductive institute. The facility will house the Center programs and research. In the near future, faculty research programs centered on plant reproduction will also be housed in the institute.
